Jakarta - As an effort to protect law enforcers and their families, the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Preparation of Technical Instructions Regarding the Provision and Implementation of Protection for Law Enforcement Officers and Their Families Phase III on Thursday (27/5/21) in Jakarta.
This meeting aims to hear opinions regarding the draft SOP within each Ministry/Institution and the planned discussion of the Draft MoU of six institutions consisting of the Head of the National Counterterrorism Agency, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Chief of the Indonesian National Police, Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and the Witness and Victim Protection Agency.
The discussion of this FGD resulted in definitive and substantive opinions and corrections. The discussion up to the technical stages also became a discussion point so that the technical instructions that will be determined can run effectively, efficiently and can be used by the six Ministries/Institutions involved. In closing, it was agreed that this draft SOP would be discussed internally by each Ministry/Institution before being ratified.
