This urgency paper was prepared as the basis for the formulation of the National Counterterrorism Agency Regulation on Counter-Radicalization. This document contains the urgency of the regulation, the objectives of its formulation, the goals to be achieved, as well as the main ideas and scope of the content required as the legal basis for the implementation of counter-radicalization in the context of comprehensive and sustainable prevention of criminal acts of terrorism.
