This analysis and evaluation report was prepared to assess the suitability, clarity, and effectiveness of National Counterterrorism Agency Regulation No. 2 of 2023 on Counter-Radicalization. The analysis was conducted based on six dimensions, namely Pancasila, the appropriateness of the type of legislation, regulatory disharmony, clarity of formulation, compliance with legal principles, and effectiveness of implementation. The evaluation results indicate the need to improve regulations in order to increase the effectiveness of counter-radicalization as part of the prevention of terrorism.
