This urgency document was prepared as the basis for the formulation of the National Counterterrorism Agency's Draft Regulation on the BNPT Strategic Plan for 2025–2029. This document explains the urgency of the regulation, the objectives of its preparation, the goals to be achieved, as well as the main ideas, content, and objects of the BNPT Strategic Plan as a binding legal basis for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of terrorism countermeasures programs in line with the 2025–2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan.
